    Same problem here, g2a code, stuck on preparing for download-> cleared cache and game poofed!

    Funny thing is, website shows that i own the game and i can log in in the FUT-Companion. Matter of Fact i created already a Team and opened my first Pack but still am not able to download the game. Thats definetly a EA-Issue. The code is 100% fine.

        Same issue. The game is successfully redeemed - I know this because if I go to 'EA HELP' it shows EA FC 24 as 'My Game'. This is an EA APP issue. Please fix this.
