I have redeemed a code for EA SPORTS FC 24, yet the game doesn't show up in my library.
I logged in FC Ultimate Team Web App which clearly wouldn't be possible if I didn't own the game, also on the EA Help homepage it shows that i own the game, despite all that the game isn't in my library, I tried restarting the app, restarting my PC, sign out and signing back in, still no results, please help.

I redeemed a product code for EA FC 24 (PC). The code redeemed successfully and the game showed in my EA app. The download was stuck on 'preparing' for a very long time, so I stopped it, force closed my app, loaded the app again. Once the app loaded, the game was not in my Library. When i tried to redeem the code again, it said it's already been redeemed (yeah, by me lol). Where is my game??????????

Have the same problem aswell.
I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the EA App, tried the Origin workaround that worked for some people with Jedi Survivior (I think that was the game anyway).
I know for a fact the game is in my account, it just won't show up in the app.
EA, the problem is not on your users side, it's on your end.
Sort it out.
i got the exact same thing a couple of hours ago. Is it fixed for you now, because I sent an email and they still haven't fixed it.

nope, i talked a few hours ago on live chat with an EA employee and he told me that they are receiving loads of this type of complaints and that they are working on it
i opened EA app now and EA FC 24 still isn't in my library
I bought the game and when I redeemed the code in the EA App it doesn't appear in my library.
I have opened the App as Admin, also cleared cache and restarted the PC and it still doesn't appear.
I reedemed a code and i dont have the game in my account
I bought the PC version from one of my local retail shops, and i inserted the code and the download option appear but the app then restarted and the game doesn't show up in my library anymore and when i try to use the code it says that it was used...

I preordered a game from a store and got a code in the box, after redeeming it it started preparing for download but after closing the app the game disappeared from the library. pls help
I had it too. Look for in Windows bar ea recovery app and clear caché. Then log again and it will appear. Be lucky if It will open then because this is another issue I Am currently having but yours is fixed that way.
