This solved my Directx Error issue which indicates I have an error with the address "PipelineLibraryPcDx12.cpp".
The way to fix the PipelineLibary error is to change the MachineGuid to d1eb246e-6243-4460-a88e-5d4e52b1ef6b.
Windows key + R, then enter regedit.
Under LOCAL_MACHINE, find Microsoft, then Cryptography.
Under Cryptography you will find MachineGuid, make sure you back up ur original MachineGuid before changing, then enter the one provided above.
This resolved my issue.

In FIFA turn v sync off , hair strands off, turn FPS to no limit. Graphics ones on low or medium. Dynamic reso off. Full screen mode and check the resolution matches.
In Nvidia control panel set up a program profile for FIFA and set cap on FPS to match Ur monitor. Set v sync on or adaptive. Power mode adaptive, textures to high performance. Rest graphics stuff you can turn low or off

this is the same feeback with every other gaming graphics be it Nvidia, Iris intel Xe or ARC even AMD
the EA FC24 has too much errors. EA need to fix this program once and for all. its very upsetting purchasing a program that keeps bringing error after error.
all these online posted thought solutions aint working at all

My error is: DirectX function D3D12CreateDrive failed with DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED (The requested functionality is not supported the device ore the driver). GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT Driver 24.5.1
I've tried a lot of things but nothing works
