EA FC 24 Not Launching on AMD Graphics / EA Support Ignoring Customer

EA FC 24 Does is not launching on my laptop which has the new AMD Graphics card on it

EA support tealls they can not help since I bought it via steam and wasting my time with basic steps which any normal gamer would have tried before reaching out to support.

Paid extra, no early access, not even played a single minute, game never got past the launch screen.

Can anyone in EA Help ?
