I'd like to share some troubleshooting steps that could help with this issue. It's not a widespread problem, so completing these steps should improve things for you.
- Try using the UT web app or companion app to create a new squad with different players and set it as your main squad before testing the game again.
- Additionally, you can delete any potentially corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ 24.
- Make sure to also delete the existing settings file from Documents.
- Check for any new GPU and Windows updates.
- Finally, use the EA App - Repair (Library > Game Tile > Three Dots > Repair)
