EA lives in denial. I found a connection report module on EA.Help and it shows 14.71 as max ping.. sure.. at the start of the game..when we're choosing opponents.
But during ALL these games ping jumped up through the roof. over 200 and back down all the time.
I'd be interested in a ping log from these games.
This is now being used as a sales pitch..but this is useless marketing. False marketing even. These pings don't represent the experience.
