    Hey everyone,


    Thank you for your patience and replies.

    We can confirm that pre-season and international matches don't track stats for your player agent objectives (contract goals). So, any progress during these matches will not count for the objectives.

    Additionally, if you make progress on your objectives but decide to simulate the rest of the match, that progress may not be tracked properly in your contract goals. You will need to play/watch the match until it’s over and cheer your teammates from the bench, like a real leader would do, to keep your objectives tracked. 

    We hope this info can clarify how player agent objectives work in the Player Career Mode.

Hey, while we have you - it's not just that affecting the contract.  You also cannot renew, even if you manage to meet  your objectives.  It makes the mode quite literally unplayable.  In some saves it starts with the first offseason.  Even a reversion to last year's mode would be better than what we have now.  Thank you for your time.

    Sometimes I simulate matches and I have completed the tasks by playing many matches, but I still can't renew the contract. There is only the option to "change club". But under the same conditions I can choose a club suggested by the manager.

    Will you fix this bug?

    I'm having the problem of my finesse goals contract option not updating at all. I am not simming at all. I play the whole game. It is an MLS league game, not international and not preseason. On XSX if that matters.

    Come on man it has to count even if we simulate the game after few mins, it should be a option for the player to simulate the game without any trouble like this

    I'm playing all the match and scoring goals and and all of my stats are zero also please can you fix it

      @Speelw Same here, I played the entire match (no sub, no sim) and my stats are still 0. Quite disappointing from EA, you'd think they were amateurs at developing a football game. Considering how long this glitch has been ongoing, it's not of priority or they don't know how to fix it. I'll not buy another FC (Fifa) series until patches are done on such issues that directly affect my enjoyment of the game.

    Not true in my case. I have played every single game. An average of 10 goals per game. But in February I now only have 65 goals? Math doesn’t make any sense. Goals are still disappearing. Quite disappointing really

    To be more precise under career stats, they have disappeared and changed to a total of 65 goals this season. 

    but under player stats I have 246 goals in premier league alone. 

    what is measured to win golden boot? If I can’t renew my contract again and have to leave my favorite club I will just retire my player lol

    But why tho?? 

    No one wants to watch the full match if they arent playing in them and playing full matches isnt worth it due to the stamina debuff
