Ea Fc 24 Sometimes Freezing And Crashing

hey how are you everyone.

I have a problem that sometimes my game is freezing and crashing and then an error message appears.

The error message:

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER", Driver: 53758. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

    Hey,

    I have fresh installed the latest gpu driver and in the meantime it works fine without crashes.

    So I think that is the fix to the issue.

    Just perform a clean install to you gpu drivers.

    I have been getting an error I attached below, my drivers are the latest version, and I tried reinstalling drivers using DDU and just deleting them from windows, I tried using steams launch options but I still get this error, It's been going on for more than 2 months.

    hello, I have an issue with eafc24,I'm runing the game on pc with a radeon rx 5700xt, up to date graphics, widowns 11, i keep getting the directx error 18:35 after a match maximum 2 it crashes with that directx error, I have tried everything, rolling back drivers, reinstalling windows, repeiring the game, nothing works.

    running 

    adrenalin 24.2.1
    also tried  23.12.1

    (23.40.19.01-240215a1-400566C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Editi on). This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

    Any ideas?

    I've started getting this error and ive tried quite a few things the past few days and it's still happening to me

    Hi,

    I get this error at least once a day since the beginning of the game:

    DirectX Error
     
    DirectX function "Dx12Renderer::waitOnSwapChain Gpu timeout detected" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti", Driver: 56070. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

    I also have the latest drivers! and i also reinstalled directx. I got 3060 gpu and ryzen 7 5800 x. Hope this information helps!
