I contacted EA help services and they were able to help me with the problem, they told me to remove the player Ada Hegerberg ST 89 from my team because she supposedly has a problem with that card. As soon as I removed it from the team I was able to play Rivals, SB and Futchampions without any problem. everything returned to normal. I recommend that you contact the EA help chat, but you have to enter through the refund section. That is the quickest way for them to pay attention to you, because they would rather help you than give you your money back. Good luck to all.
