When I play a game of division rivals, after it’s finished it kicks me out of ultimate team and when I load up ultimate team it says I disconnected from my last match and my DNF modifier goes up. And the match doesn’t count towards anything like objectives or rivals wins.
Every time I finish the game I get kicked out of the ultimate team, and it counts as a lost game (DNF), its so annoying, fix it or I want my money back, I dint pay 60€ to not be able to play.
The only thing for me that made it work is after a disconnect go back in to ultimate team and log out the normal way. Uninstall the game, restart your console and then install the game again. The disconnects stopped for me after that.
I’m losing connection during games, it’s very annoying. I’m losing games because of this. Is there any way to actually contact ea? Or is it all chat bots now? What’s the solution for disconnects during the game? It’s so frustrating. Not played FIFA for many years. Thought I’d try it again.. same old server issues..
Same thing happened to me. Absolutely unacceptable. Why should we get an L on our record and lower our DNF modifier when we win a game. I was in the post game cut scenes after I had won a rivals game and then I get kicked. It wasn't my connection either, I have amazing internet and ethernet cable connected.. Not good enough.
Give us some kind of compensation, I’ve been disconnected from over 20 games and randomly in the menus another like 50 times - I’m constantly losing out on rewards for wins etc because I get disconnected after being on the game any longer than 10 minutes. Complete and utter bs for a $150 purchase
