Hello, everyone. Since we're not aware of any issues currently, we need to keep connection troubleshooting in mind. Once again, if you can run the Connection Quality Report and capture screenshots of the overall score and match history, that would be a big help. Also, as I mentioned previously, a video with the input overlay showing is also important. Make sure you note what platform you're playing on and if a wired or wireless connection is being used.

Input lag can also be related to the HDMI cable you're using. It should be a premium cable. Especially if you're on Xbox Series S/X or PS5. Disabling V-Sync on monitors also helped in the past.
You can also try alternate DNS settings. Those instructions for PC are here.
For Xbox, go to the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
For PlayStation, see the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I found a partial solution:
updated Windows
updated the Xbox pad
reset the gpu amd settings
reinstalled the game
I set all the details to a minimum with refresh rate at 144 hrz and unlimited fps. Now I can play online but it should run much better than that since my pc meets the recommended requirements
