I have a really confusing issue, everything was fine before eafc update 2 days ago and I played a lot of games in Rivals, my ping and connection is perfect but gameplay stops over and over and suddenly start again!!! somebody help me with this issue please.

These * don’t care and ignore any reply that isn’t some * workaround (which they should be the ones finding these workarounds/troubleshooting methods if it truly is other peoples internets that are the problem) or if its these recordings and screenshots of internet just to tell us how bad our internet is. We can beg all we want to have it fixed but it looks like there is no interest from EA to fix it and I feel like we should just cut our losses and get a refund because we are consumers of a product and the product doesn’t work as intended and it’s not because of us as to why it doesn’t work as intended. The dev team need to fix this.
