Guys, forget it, they won’t report anything. I am literally wired directly to my router and its still showing a poor connection and all, when everything else works. Including 23 clubs. Its an EA problem that they don’t want to face. We are consumers of a product, with an expectation that the product works. The product is faulty. We have every right to have a refund and ultimately this has killed clubs for me and my friends for the time being, which is so frustrating. EA don’t care, they want their money. Just get a refund guys because having worked in tech support before, i know when to report issues or major incidents based on reports and if troubleshooting doesn’t resolve. We have evidence that nothing is fixing it and these guys still won’t report the issue to the dev team as a major incident, when it truly is.
