Ea fc keeps kicking me to dashboard once click on ultimate team

firstly I made the mistake of downloading the Xbox one version instead of series s version. So I asked for refund and downloaded the correct version ea fc. 

But since doing so the game will not work. It loads up then kicks me to Xbox dashboard. I have tried all sorts. 

I have added a few things tried. Really struggling. Any help please?
