ea fc menu bug

hello

yesterday i was playing a match in ea fc and then when i exited the game were loading with that green logo at the bottom

after that i relaunched the game and it does not show ant options after i select my profile

at first i thought it's some files issue so i veifyed the integrity of the game files and downloaded some files yet nothing happened, this proves that the problem is from the account

cuz i have the game already in my laptop too and it has the same problem

i hope you really help me cuz im really frustrated....
