EA FC24 - Input Delay

@Berlusto I am still willing to try.

I also spoke to my ISP today and they were willing to help me out. Done different testing and they said multiple times that they’ve received many reports on EAFC24 since release. Also they said that the problem I am experiencing often is caused on the other end, meaning the game server. And, therefore is out of my hands.

I asked if it would help to change DNS, port-forwarding etc but they denied and said that it won’t matter as long as I get good results to other servers. 

But I am asking for assistance from EA Games here, what else can I do? I paid for something, unable to refund and unable to contact EA Games. 

So far I’ve not even got a response on this forum. If no action is taken from EA Games I see no other option as to report this as a fraud? 

I believe I am having a similar issue, I am playing on PC. 

I am facing an issue which is making it impossible to play any online mode, I play on PC with a controller. The issue I am having is it wont allow me to switch players when defending and the player I am controlling just runs in a straight line. I at first thought it was a controller issue as my old one was a bit naff but even with a new controller it still doesn't work. I have tried on Ultimate Team and Seasons and both have the same result. Offline, like Kick off and Moments are not an issue?

I am not getting any ping warnings or internet warnings and my speeds are alright 15mb down and 5 up. So I am thinking this must be an input issues? Anyone else experiencing similar issues or have any ideas on how to fix it?
