EA FC24 does not open

Please I recently downloaded FC 24 from the EA app. But when I try to launch, it shows the splash screen for a few seconds then takes me back to the EA app and I never get to reach the game itself. I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting but no change. Please anyone who has experienced something similar help a brother out🙏

Olá a todos.

No meu caso eu estava jogando normalmente até ontem.
Sem querer eu desloguei da epic ontem, hoje quando fui jogar fica nesta tela apenas carregando em loop, o detalhe é que em baixo na barra dá para ver que abriu duas vezes o app do EA, em uma dela esta logado normal e o outro pede para eu logar, quando tento logar informa que foram encontradas outra conta vinculada, conforme a imagem final 01.

@hypermarzzh So all others who have experienced this problem how did they get around it? I'm so frustrated right now for real. 

@hypermarzzh I heard it was the same thing with FIFA 23 and they still didn't fix it. And then they carry it on to FC 24. Just terrible
