ea help with fixing this problem

i have been trying for an hour to solve my problem it says that its unable to access UT(ultimate team) i have tried multiple things like restarting my pc, restarting my wifi and i have also tried looking it up on google or youtube but nothing helps

i just want to play the game and this way i wont be able to do that
