Community ManagerI was having the issue described above and can also confirm it was fixed by changing from Windows 11 to Windows 10.
My issue was crash on game startup. Black game window would show for a few seconds and then the game would exit. Works fine on Windows 10.

same problem as mine, tried everything, contacted CS, literally exhausted all options given by them, nothing works.
wrestled with the issues for weeks, eventually I gave up. left with just a 'note' that the devs are working on it. prob will only be fixed when FC25 came out?
even that might be too hopeful.

downgrading from win 11 to 10 is not a solution for me, as it's claimed to be working on win 11
