Community ManagerGAME CRASHED WHEN I GOT INTO LOADING SCREEN IN GAME AND AFTER I SCORED

- Where exactly does the crash occur?
Half time of matches - all matches, preseason and league.
It occurs if you have promoted a youth player to your senior squad, and they play in the first half. The game menus for HT do not appear, instead you see the field with all players standing stationery, the official with the boards walks down the centre line. But no menus are visible, you cannot progress.
Having the youth player involved seems to cause the menus to fail to load.
This does not occur if you bring the youth player on as a sub after HT, only if they played in the first half and thus must be included in stats, performance, highlights etc.
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue?
It occurs specifically only when you have promoted a youth team player. I have replayed the same games with and without changing formations, and with and without the youth player playing, and with them only playing first half or second half.
The issue specifically occurs if they play the first half.
- If possible, please upload a video demonstrating the crash.
Don't have a video unfortunately, if you can explain best way to do this I will seek to do so.
I was crashing a lot on PC last week but things seem to be improved for me now - has anyone else had a more stable experience this week?
@PaulTheKopite Are things still stable for you? I used to crash mid-match a lot but this seems to be fixed now.
This is the error I'm facing. Anyone else facing this issue while trying to run the game on steam ea or any other launcher such as epicgameslauncher. Please let me know. EA team please look into this issue investigate it.
