Community ManagerWe have recently encountered a bug that resulted in our victory in the Clubs playoff game (January 26-February 2) not being recognized as a win because of us getting kicked out after having won. This situation is very unfair towards our club, ARAJANO as we put our blood, sweat and tears into the Elite division playoffs. We are currently playing playoffs and our record is 5-5, but after having been kicked out of 3 games AFTER claiming the victory’s it caused for the 3 games not to be COUNTED at all. From the attached images below it clearly shows we have won 8 games and lost 5, BUT it has NOT counted due to the fact, we had been kicked out of the game after claiming our 3 wins. This is extremely unfair and we would like to be compensated of our 3 wins which were not given to us. Keeping mind we had 5 WEEKS to get into Elite division,which we did and just for the games NOT to count. We Arajano are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that our 3 games did not count.
