EA SPORTS FC 24 progress gone...

So, I was playing fc 24 and my game crashed. I closed fc 24 and also restarted my computer. But then I tried to start the game up again and all of my ultimate team progress it gone... what is this? C...

    Hey @seninjoboy  Your Ultimate Team progress is stored online, so it is not possible to lose it only after a crash. Please restart your PC or console and check again after some time. 

    Please note that your account progress will only reset if you unlink the platform account you are playing on from your EA account.

Any admins to help?? I have spent so many hours on this game but when I logged in this morning I couldn't find the account anymore. I restarted the PC and the EA app so many times, pressed "REPAIR" on the app as well but the account is still not found till now. When I logged in to EAFC Companion mobile app the app still shows my account available. Please help!!!
