@EA_Mako Has this been flagged by the devs at all? I only ask as i'm seeing nothing on the tracker and surely we cannot be going another year with this problem not addressed, its making the game unplayable due to menus when this occurs being before, in the middle and at the end of matches. All sorts of workarounds have been attempted as seen in both this thread and my own below but all signs point to poor game optimisation rather than every type of console out there.
It would be nice to hear theres something being done about this.

Latest update did nothing at all, still shutting down barely 10 minutes into a game.
it’s wild that this bug isn’t their priority.
Does the game stutter for you also on Series X?
My first game was fine but after that every game is stuttering every one-two seconds and especially when passing and recieving the ball.
