EA Sports FC24 - EA super charge pack not loading

I redeemed my code for the EA super charge pack on my Xbox and it says I own it as an add on but doesn't load in the game itself.  I have rebooted the Xbox, a few times and still nothing.  I even wai...

I really don't know why it wouldn't show up if you redeemed it correctly by checking the code and then claiming the pack. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. If I hear of any issues with this, I'll let you know.
