This has been going on for months. Created players will get deleted during the season which usually occurs when there's a glitch in the youth scouting reports. The scouted player will have 1-1 or 3-3 in the overall range. When this occurs, a created player will be removed. After the end of the season multiple created players will be removed and it's extremely random. It's either all of them or somewhere in between. If you're fortunate enough that it doesn't delete your players then you can progress to the next season, but that has only happened once in my hundreds of tries. Fix it!
The solution to this problem is - Play FIFA 23.
It seems EA doesn't have good coders to fix this bug and good testers to test the product. So next year also you will get the same bug. Forget EA FC25.
If you love FIFA and are fond of created players and career mode, switch back to FIFA 23.
Not sure if there is anyway other forum to raise a concern with quality of EA products.
