The bug is still there, with old saves or new ones, BUT i found kind of a FIX. Save exactly the day before the end of the season (sim to it). Then proceed to next season, if player is there, proceed to play. if the play is removed/missing, just load and try again.
I have a save with 2 created players, took me around 12 reloads until both were there. just reloading over and over and you might get lucky and it works.
A new update has come but dont think this is fixed.

It's not fixed. Started playing again after new update hoping it was fixed, and it's gotten worse. No matter what hacks I try created players ALWAYS get deleted in the 3rd season.
Becoming obvious it will never be fixed which is insane for how important of an issue this is and how long it's been going on.
