EAFC 24 Objectives rewards not given

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've been emailing EA help for the past month and they've only now told me to do this
What happens when the bug occurs? I earned the 83x10 rare gold players pack in objectives and its not been given to me
What should be happening instead? I should be getting the 83x10 rare gold players pack

It's now been more than a month since this issue first happened, but have had no help from the people on EA help, and only now they suggest I make a report here. 

I unlocked the 83x10 rare gold players pack from objectives, I claimed it, went to the store where it told me I have one pack, and then when I went on to the store there was no 83x10 rare gold players pack. I assumed it was a glitch and tried every fix you can think of, restarting EAFC 24, uninstalling and reinstalling EAFC 24, restarting my PC and much more. I then made a case on EA help and it has been no help, they all just give a generic response offering little to no help.

Like I said it has been over a month since this issue first happened and nothing has been done to try and fix it for me
