Wish I was giving you some good news @Lehendery23 for a solution to this problem. My FC24 is working now and to be honest I don't know how. I turned my PC off over night and turned it on today, and I decided to open up FC24 and boom right there was my original settings file. Hopefully someone can give you a solution to this problem. Best of luck!

Yeah I just launched the game through my desktop, and my original settings filed was there.
