EAFC Companion App and Game

It’s been a reoccurring issue where the app freezes, glitches and just crashes. This has been going on with the previous version (FIFA 23 Companion App) and the same issue persists. I know there’s going to be a “We’re sorry”, “You can try”, etc. but I’ve already tried everything and the problem is still there, it’s on YOUR end, FIX IT. Even in the actual console game it still freezes and crashes. This line of games have been out for 10+ years from a MASSIVE gaming company, how is a menu glitch or constant crashing STILL an issue. It’s disappointing and frustrating that this game has been the worst game from all the other FIFAs. Get it together and fix what needs to get fixed, it’s your job. Be responsible for once, thanks!
