EAFC crashes when selecting profile

Recently i bought EAFC24 And i played it for roughly a day until the problem occurred. I launch it, it loads the white ea screen and allows me to select my profile. upon loading my screen in my screen goes black and the game closes without an error report or nothing. i have tried wiping my whole pc. re installing the game. watched many tutorials. verified the files. tried launching it from separate places. updating gpu drivers. none have worked. i am starting to get worried as i have payed a lot of money and i am behind on the game and missing out. please help it is frustrating.
