EAFC season reward

He there, I am absolutely devastated as my ea fc game has made me choose the wrong option for my rewards for level 15 in the season. I had the choice of the icon Koeman or the 83+20 pack. I wanted the 83+20 but for some reason it has gave me koeman instead!  I’m stuck with this card but I chose the other option, is there anything you I can do to change this as I don’t want to press anything else to prove that I did not chose this option!!

    Hey @mikeypaulea,

    Sorry to hear you didn't end up with the reward you intended to pick.

    I'm afraid once an option has been awarded in-game however, we are not able to reverse or exchange that and it would be final.

    Hi. How do I claim the previous season objectivea rewards? I forgot to claim them and it didn't auto claim as well. Please help
