eafc totw player missing

Hello guys, 

I preorder the ultimate edition of EAFC 24 on pc, while i have the ea play 10 hour try. I would like to ask why i have not got my preorder bonusses ( haaland loan and my totw player pack with a player form the first promo in loan). i ask this because i had the points but not the players. I supposed that i will got them after the ea play try but i'am not sure. Can someone explain what i need to do for get my packs?
