EAFC UT PS5 - Stuck in half-time cutscenes

Went 2-0 up on Rivals on UT, and scored another 4 while as they had stopped playing planning to just play out the rest of the match myself.

Half time comes and the game is now stuck in a loop of cutscenes and has been for the past 20 mins. I can’t press anything and am now stuck between this and full quitting out the game and taking a DNF
