EAFC24 EA App download stuck on preparing

Hello, 

i cant download my eafc 24 its stuck on preparing. i downloaded it before, ill reinstall it because the play button on EA app not display. before cant play EA App also showing a message (i forgot the message) transfer to account blabla. its just stuck preparing when download EA FC 24, i try with Fifa 20,21,22,23 have not problem. not have refund status, FUT Companion still can access.

i do all App Recovery, Signout-Signin, Restart background services, Reinstall EA App, but still not fixed.

Also when cancel the download EA App shows still downloading. see the EA3.png
