I'm receiving an anticheat error after a splash screen crash that says an invalid configuration. I've looked online for solutions and have done the following without any luck.

  • Confirm Secure Boot is enabled
  • Confirm TPM 2.0 is enabled
  • Repair the game
  • Uninstall the game
  • Repair the anticheat
  • Uninstall + Reinstall anticheat
  • Uninstalled all possibly conflicting programs but this is a new PC build so not many.

I'm on Windows 11

@Maxar0niI'm aware that the "Stuck on Splash Screen" is a recognized issue. Some users have identified a workaround on the AHQ thread, which you can find here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/EA-FC-24-Not-Launching/m-p/12956190#M3740. For the Anti-Cheat error, ensure that Anti-Cheat is installed on your C:\ drive. You can also refer to this troubleshooting guide: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ for further assistance.

Workaround: You should repair game through EA App.
