Hi,
I've had EA24 since it released and it's been working fine. However, since yesterday, I can't get into the game for longer than 1 minute without being kicked off and presented with the error code 117, saying I have an unacceptable configuration and that if I have any cheating software, to disable it and restart the game. I have no installed anything new and the only things that have changed is a graphics driver update from NVIDEA and an iCue software update. I have tried rolling these updates back and trying again to no avail. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache data, clearing temp files, uninstalling the anti cheat software, and nothing. Really irritating. Any advice?

I have got the problem today right after the server update. I did not install anything on my PC but i got kicked off during online match!

My game closed during a match as well, then I got the "unacceptable configuration" message until I restarted my PC.

Hi @Cloud_7787, if you still encounter this issue, try the following steps:
- Perform a clean boot of your PC: LINK
- Clear the cache of EA App: LINK.
- Restart your PC and, once turned back on, open EA App by right-clicking the Icon and choosing "Run as Administrator."
- Turn off the EA app overlay: from the three-bar menu at the top left corner, then go to Settings > Application > In-game overlay.
