Hello EA team and hope you all good <333My account on EA play is banned and can't be online I don't know why. I have EA FC 24 on it and only is available to play offline and says I am banned and I don't know why because money is out of my debit card account and I got invoice for it. Says banned for TERMS OF SALE. I tried to dispute it 3 times but there is no answers since 3 days. And I can't find option to chat with support as it's not showing at all on EA help

Yo tengo el mismo problema, no comprendo porque han baneado mi cuenta. Solo compre dos juegos desde steam y de pronto tengo un BAN activo por parte del equipo de EA, sin razon alguna. Es injusto.

@Abdalrhman033 Were you able to solve the problem? I had the same situation: they banned me for no reason and they don’t want to answer for why.

@superbido SUPERBIDO No bro they didn't help me and just getting copy pasted answers from EA Indian advisors who repeating same words without even looking at my message and all proven details that prove I didn't do anything wrong. Funny thing my friend had same issue exactly and I told him to just send them same message I sent. And they just apologized to him and recovered his account *

@thurzinxxl I feel you bro but EA don't care about your money. They could simply do like Steam and refund you. BUT NO THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BAN YOU. They are too good to just let you to play offline. OFFLINE imagine man *

@uniqmirzoev Bro they don't give you answer because they don't know the reason getting you banned. Their bot system is dumb and advisors just tell you what is written to them. It is unfair to pay 100$ for Ultimate Edition and simply ban you. I will not forgive them for this taken money
