Also has done that. At first I thought it could be my internet connection problem. However, after switching to mobile hotspot the same error is still there. I have tried to play the ultimate team on fifa 23 and it run smoothly as it should. This shows that the bug/technical issue is only appear on ea fc 24.
Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Already try using both of the DNS suggested and still cannot play. Could ea fc technical team repair this issue internally so that this bug can be repaired.
I have tried everything for the pass one and a half month and yet nothing is useful. I hope ea fc 24 technical team can solve this issue or if not I think I will stop playing this game forever.

I also have this issue and I have tried all the solutions you have provided and am still unable to submit any SBC’s. What should I do?

i have also just started having this issue. i was doing the 80+ player picks, made 15 of them and now when i try to do anymore i get this error message and kicked off UT. i've switched all the players in the sbc out for different players 3 times, made sure none of them are in any of my active squads, and i still get the error. i feel like i have been flagged as a suspicious account for "botting" or something as i've been doing this sbc over and over for a while to get players for the icon pack sbc.

@LaggyNuisancei am able to play matches, open packs, buy players from the market, but i cant submit sbc's. i'm now convinced i've been sbc banned.
