error occurred downloading the football ultimate team squad update

Dear EA team,

I have a problem when entering the ultimate team mode. I got this message "error occurred downloading the football ultimate team squad update" as shown in the attachment.
When I change using my lan connection to mobile wifi, I can play the mode. But of course I can't play relying on mobile wifi, so I switch back to lan, still have the same problem.
Please help. This has just happened after I played the game about 2 weeks.

note: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, changed DNS settings, but nothing worked so far. Please help.
