Evolution-player missing from "My Evolutions" tap

Was this issue solved? I have the same problem. I wrote to es who referred me to this help section. So I’m going around in circles with this one. Really want this issue fixed though, when you pay money for a service that doesn’t do what it says on the tin, it’s not fair on the consumer, I’ve effectively been brushed aside. @EA please help to resolve this issue
