Evolutions Consumable Slot for Red Card design is not Evolving!

Dear EA Support Team,

 I had one evolutions consumable slot to turn one of the cards to be “red champions card” and I chose Cafu so I used it on him. So far I played with him more than 10 games in different modes and he did not evolved!!? What is the issue? 
when I access my club into Evolutions tape I don’t see him in my Evolutions tape either!! He basically green card now with no possibility to be evolved??!

please help to fix this issue
