Evos stuck on EVO 2 - Complete Evos not working.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and use founders evolution on a completed evo
What happens when the bug occurs? Writing goes buggy and says no one is eligible
What should be happening instead? It should be allowing me to evolve a fully evo'd player
This bug is constant and if you manually search the writing bugs out even more and says no one to evole who is completed,
Also in the Evo player search under quality, if you look for players with completed evo category none show, but my 4 completed evos all show as only having EVO 2 when they should definitely be evo 3 already.
