Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turning in an SBC
What happens when the bug occurs? When turning in an SBC the following happens: PS5: I get an error message "Saying failed to connect to Ultimate Team" and it returns me to the main menu of FC24 PC Web App: I get an error message "Failed to submit challenge" Mobile App: I get an error message saying "Failed to submit Challenge"
What should be happening instead? The SBC should be turned in giving me a reward.

The error has been persisting for a few months now and it happens about 50% of the time.
When trying to submit certain SBC's the game of ps5 will give me an error and logs me out and sends me to the main menu. On PC Web App or mobile app I just get a message saying "Failed to submit challenge"
Sometimes the SBC do work and I have the feeling its mostly when an SBC only has 1 step. But sometimes the one with 1 step also fail.
Right now the ones that are bugged for me are:
- Max 89 Icon Upgrade - 83-Rated Squad (86 did work)
- 85+ Upgrade
- 84+ RTTK or Trailblazers upgrade
- 82+ TOTW Player Pick - 83-Rated Squad (82 did work)
- Dynamic Duos - Karim Onisiwo (Phillipp Mwene did work)
For example I did do the Blanc SBC with 8 steps without a problem.
I've already tried all the basic and advanced troubleshooting EA provides, but nothing helped. Including things like clearing my cache on ps5, deleting cookies, rebooting my modem etc.
Since the problem happens on my home network but also on my 5G cellular network, I have the feeling the problem is more account related then it has something to do with the hardware I'm using. And when it's account related I can't really do anything about it.
In addition to this I make sure none of the players I turn in are in a saved Squad, cause I've read that can cause problems as well.
I really need help with this problem since it's kinda ruining the whole FUT experience for me, losing high and low players in process. Ive already tried opening a case through the EA website, but im getting the same copy pasted answer over and over and no one is really answering my question unfortunately.
