Did you talk to both our support and Microsoft?
It's possible there could be an account issue, but you already tried another and still had the same problem so I don't think that's the case.
There is one other thing I just thought of. Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Sounds good. Let me know what happens.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo Still nothing. I think it's to do with the servers not the xbox. Ea has a great game guarantee which is failing right now. This is *

We'll keep an eye out for any server issues. Currently, the vast majority of the playerbase is not experiencing this so it doesn't appear to be a server issue.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo xbox told me it is an EA issue nothing to do with xbox as all my other games work that are not EA. I feel EA is failing the great game guarantee.
