I also have this problem and I've tried everything to fix this problem and none of them worked for me. I was playing the game yesterday and after I restarted my PC and after I passed the initial screen and selected my save it wasn't working and the main menu was empty for me.
Before I can see this screen, the colors change on the screen and the image dissappears. I've been trying 3 weeks now and there is no solution. The game is garbage...
I found a fix you just have to delete your Profile create a new one and you can play normally again
