fc 24 redeem code already used
Help guys I bought FC 24 code then I used the code on the EA app. It stood on the download that its prepairing and it didnt work so I cancled the download and now the download/game is nowhere to be found even on the order history. And where can I conntact EA to get help I just get to general questions.

If you've already redeemed the code, it may help to try clearing the cache on the EA app to see if the game shows up normally in the library afterwards.
If you're still not seeing your game and it was originally purchased through the EA app, you can contact our support directly so they can take a look at the actual transaction to make sure there weren't any issues.
If this was purchased through another retailer not listed below, you'll need to speak with their support instead regarding a replacement for the code you received.
