FC 24 won't open or start Steam

I installed FC 24 yesterday and I can't get this game to start on my machine.

I followed several help topics and yesterday I spent 5 hours following tutorials on YouTube and I couldn't solve it, these are the things I've done to try to solve the problem:

- Update all drivers on my Desktop
- Format my computer
- I've already tried putting the EA App, FC 24.exe and fc24trial.exe and the Steam app to open as administrator
- I have already approved the digital signature
- I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, as well as going to appdata/local and removing all EA files
- I have two hard drives, an SSD that runs Windows and a HD that stores program files, I've already tried installing everything on the SDD where my Operating System is located and it didn't work
- I have already tried opening Windows in safe mode with networking
- I have already enabled the secure boot state in BIOS through WIN + R msinfo32
- I already uninstalled Steam and installed it again
- I've tried opening the game in every way, through the EA App, through Steam, through the game's base file
- I have already installed and uninstalled anticheat multiple times, tried updating and downloading directly from the manufacturer's website
- I have already installed the digital signature in anticheat
- I have already removed all the anticheat files from the SSD, from the game file, I tried going to fc24/__Installer/ and there I have installed and uninstalled the anticheat and I have also tried to remove the files from the A:\Programas\Steam\steamapps\common folder \EA Sports FC 24 and I tried to leave the anticheat only in C:\Program Files\EA\AC and it didn't work

The symptom is always the same, I click on start the game, it starts loading the anticheat, I look at the monitoring in the task manager and it starts the anticheat, then it starts to start FC24.exe but the start screen does not open the game

That screen that every FIFA player has to click on settings and play never opened for FC 24 on my machine.

I had the same problem with Fifa 23, I haven't been able to play it since last year and it's the same problem.

I think it has something to do with some compatibility setting that I don't know how to resolve, the problem is in the path from anticheat to FC24 to open and when starting the fc24.exe file it never opens, and the same happens with FIFA 23
