Fc 25 I keep getting dnf after each game

Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 22/09/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5 pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how but try to fix it soon as I’ve paid a lot for this game just for it not to work and kick me out
What happens when the bug occurs? It lets me load into a game but once finished I receive no rewards and been tolled I’ve been disconnected from the ea servers and get a dnf modifier .
What should be happening instead? I should be able to get rewards and not get dnf after every game

I’m unhappy with the service I’m receiving I should be able to play ultimate team without getting a find all the time

    Happens all the damn time. I'm trying to climb rivals ranking but gane freezes and I have to reset and get DNF which puts me back.

    It's bad enough that you need to win like 15 games to get upgraded reward ( should be like 9)....

    Same problem ,i just won a champ game at penaltyies ,and i got a dnf !Thank you EA ,pay for this game and they don t even care about the major problems of it !keep the good work ea

    Had the same issue recently all I did was clear my alternate MAC address and restarted my console (I’m on Xbox) that fixed the issue right after 😉
