Hey all,

We can read many reports from you about the FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] objective not shown as completed in the game.

We reported your concerns and examples to our Team.

Once we get more info, we will update you on this Thread.

Thank you for your patience and collaboration.

UPDATE: The process has been completed, and all impacted players have been sent 1,500 XP and 1x Jumbo Rare Players Pack.

What's your device's firmware? 17.1.1
What is your game version? v24.2.0.5470
In what game mode did the bug occur? Milestones
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. FC PRO Play Completionist Object is completed 2. FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective has last SBC MsDossary to be completed, all other Tasks were completed 3. After completing SBC MsDossary: a) FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective is completed b) FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] was not completed Completion of SBC MsDossary should have triggered completion of both: a) FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective b) FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] however only FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective was completed. There is no way to complete Objective FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] and get rewards: 1) Jumbo Rare Players Pack 2) 1500 XP Multiple players are already complaining on twitter tagging @EAHelp to assist with the issue. Pls. fix the issue and mark Objective FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] as completed. Thanks
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) today at 7:30 PM CET

1. FC PRO Play Completionist Object is completed
2. FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective has last SBC MsDossary to be completed, all other Tasks were completed
3. After completing SBC MsDossary:
a) FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective is completed
b) FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] was not completed

Completion of SBC MsDossary should have triggered completion of both:
a) FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective
b) FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP]

however only FC PRO Puzzle Completionist Objective was completed.

There is no way to complete Objective FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] and get rewards:
1) Jumbo Rare Players Pack
2) 1500 XP

Multiple players are already complaining on twitter tagging @EAHelp to assist with the issue.
Pls. fix the issue and mark Objective FC PRO Daily Puzzle Completionist [XP] as completed.
