Inside the new FC Pro Teams objective, the sections for Man City Esports and Guild Esports are not tracking. I have tried both, multiple times each, with no success. All other sections under the objective are tracking correctly.
It seems that only base players (bronze, silver, gold) are working
I had the exact same issue, finally got it done by using players from Man City, Man Utd, RB Leipzig & Atletico Madrid women's team.
Try using players from the women's teams. Worked for me.

I am having issues with the RB Lipzig and Athetico objective. All the rest worked fine. Not all the players were base and I haven't tried the Women's team yet but I will see if those 2 things work. Thanks.
Using base card (bronze / silver / gold) resolve the issue.
Used gold and silver base cards and got credit for the remaining objectives.
